Welcome to CountEssence, operating from 1 St. Andrew’s Road, Singapore 178957 (Business ID S6362225A). By accessing or purchasing any offering through CountEssence, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services

CountEssence provides Core accounting services (the “Services”) designed to support your accounting needs.

1.1 Cancellations and Transfers

To cancel a Service, submit your request at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. Upon approval, you may choose to:

1.2 No-Refund Services

Certain custom Services that require significant preparation or third-party coordination are offered on a no-refund basis. These include on-site consultancy requiring travel arrangements and tailored system implementations. These Services are non-refundable due to the resources committed upon booking.

2. Info Products

Digital materials such as tutorials, templates, and guides (the “Info Products”) are accessible immediately upon purchase. If not fully satisfied, request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no more than 20% of the content has been accessed. Approved refunds are processed via your original payment method within 14 days.

3. Goods

Physical items (the “Goods”) may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the purchaser unless the item is defective or incorrect. Upon receipt and inspection, approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within 21 days.

4. Amendments

CountEssence reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting and apply to subsequent purchases.
